The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: Preparation of design documentation together with the execution of construction and assembly works for the construction of a second retention reservoir along with land development in the design and build formula in accordance with Functional and Utility Program (FFU), this OPZ, applicable legal provisions and principles of technical knowledge. The aim of the investment is to build a retention reservoir with connection to the rainwater drainage network and construction of a hardened square maneuvering area with access to the existing infrastructure. The works will be carried out on the active hospital premises, in a way that ensures the continued operation of the facility and the safety of patients, staff and area users.
