The Ordering Party informs that the Order is being implemented as part of a task submitted for co-financing as part of the competition and evaluation of applications, as well as the implementation and settlement of the tasks of local government units in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship in 2026, resulting from the Program Civil Protection and Civil Defense for the years 2025-2026 in the scope of implementation of construction investments relating to area 1 Objects of collective protection. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of canceling the procurement procedure pursuant to Article 310 of the Public Procurement Law if Public funds that the Ordering Party intends to use to finance all or part of the order will not be awarded to it.1. Description of the subject of the order: 1) The subject of the order is the development of design documentation for the adaptation of basement rooms in the Complex School and Kindergarten No. 2 in Nisko to replace the emergency shelter.
