Preparation of design documentation - revitalization and extension design of Dubieńska 19 and 21. 1. The subject of the order is: preparation of design documentation - revitalization and superstructure design of Dubieńska 19 and 21 for each facility separately in the form of: performing all necessary analyses, studies, inventories, tests, excavations and supplementary expertise necessary for the proper design of the reconstruction, superstructure, thermal modernization, retrofitting buildings with elevators and land development. Design documentation separately for each facility must take into account the existing technical condition of the buildings, their structural layout, the need to adapt the facilities to applicable regulations, improving accessibility for people with disabilities, verification, assessment of suitability for further use, modernization, reconstruction or expansion of existing installations, including installations made on the basis of previous design studies provided by the Ordering Party, to the extent necessary for implementation of reconstruction, superstructure, thermal modernization and adaptation of buildings to current technical and functional requirements, as well as solutions ensuring technical, functional and economic rationality of the planned investment.
