The subject of the order is the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation along with obtaining a decision for the implementation of a road investment (ZRID) for the task "Expanding the tourist offer through the construction of a bicycle path in the Ostaszewo commune", based on the project conceptual (pro. 10 to SWZ). The Ordering Party stipulates that the indicated route of the bicycle path may be modified and depends on the possibility of obtaining appropriate conditions, agreements and permits. The Ordering Party reserves that in the event that the existing lane width road will be insufficient to locate the intended road system within the documentation, the Contractor will divide individual properties and carry out the procedure for obtaining a permit in the form of a ZRID with immediate enforceability. The costs of purchasing the real estate will be borne by the Ordering Party. The developed designs must be made on the basis of the Construction Law and other provisions of generally applicable law, including technical and construction regulations and the principles of technical knowledge, and in accordance with the Regulation Minister of Development of September 11, 2020 regarding the detailed scope of the form and construction design.
