1. The subject of the order is the development of complete architectural, construction and technical design documentation, based on the tender concept of bicycle paths held by the Ordering Party, as part of the task titled: Improving mobility in the commune Barczewo.2. The design documentation concerns the following elements of transport infrastructure: 1) pedestrian and bicycle paths, 2) Park & Ride (P&R) parking lots, 3) bus loops, 4) bus stops, 5) bicycle racks and shelters.3. Basics of the study the design documentation consists of: 1) the tender concept for bicycle paths provided by the Ordering Party, 2) applicable legal provisions, in particular the Construction Law together with implementing acts, 3) applicable standards, technical guidelines and rules of knowledge technical conditions, 4) technical conditions, arrangements and guidelines of the Ordering Party. 5) The contractor is obliged to: 6) specify and develop the solutions adopted in the concept, 7) adapt the concept to the formal and legal requirements enabling its implementation investment, 8) proposing equivalent solutions in the event that the provisions of the concept prove impossible to apply for formal, technical reasons...
