The subject of the order is the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the reconstruction, renovation and change of the heating method of a residential building at ul. Przemysowa 23 in Rybnik in terms of adapting it to the applicable technical conditions. Documentation is necessary for the Ordering Party to announce and conduct a public procurement procedure pursuant to the Public Procurement Law. Characteristics of the facility: Multi-family building (so-called familok), detached, located parallel to the street Przemysłowa and located on part of plot number 987. The building was made of traditional brick technology (full brick) and put into use in 1896.
