Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation together with author's supervision for the task of Reconstruction of B. Krzywoustego Street in Świnoujście 1. The subject of the order is the development of design and cost estimate documentation for the task: "Reconstruction of Krzywoustego Street" (hereinafter also referred to as the "Task"). The purpose of the implementation of the order being the subject of the Agreement is: for the commune: - obtaining all necessary decisions, opinions, arrangements, permits, checks, project approvals and provisions to be attached to the application the intention to perform construction works, are required by applicable regulations or which may prove necessary for the implementation of the investment (this also applies to the preparation of a water law report and obtaining a water law decision - if the obligation to preparation and obtaining results from separate provisions), - notifying the competent authority of the intention to perform construction works and obtaining a certificate of no objection or obtaining a building permit, -transfer of copyrights property to design documentation, - supporting the Ordering Party during the procedure for selecting a contractor for construction works, in particular by analyzing requests for clarification of the content of the description of the subject of the contract, which will be constitute design and cost estimate documentation and preparation of explanations, which constitutes the basic scope of the subject matter of the Agreement. - conservation recommendations issued by the Provincial Office for Protection to be taken into account in the development of the project...
