1. The subject of the order is the development of design and cost estimate documentation for the task: "Reconstruction of Krzywoustego Street (hereinafter also referred to as the "Task". The implementation of the order constituting the subject of the Agreement is aimed at: for the Commune: - obtaining all necessary decisions, opinions, arrangements, permits, checks, design approvals, provisions that must be attached to the notification of the intention to perform construction works by applicable regulations or that may prove necessary for the implementation of the investment (this also applies to the preparation of a water law study and obtaining a water law decision - if the obligation to prepare and obtain them results from separate provisions), - notifying the competent authority of the intention to perform construction works and obtaining a certificate of no objection or obtaining a building permit, - transfer of copyrights to design documentation, - supporting the Ordering Party during the procedure for selecting a contractor for construction works, in particular by analyzing requests for clarification of the content of the description of the subject of the contract, which will consist of design and cost estimate documentation and preparing explanations of what constitutes the basic scope of the subject matter of the Agreement. - conservation recommendations issued by the Provincial Office for the Protection of Monuments in Szczecin for ZWiK to be taken into account in the development of the project: - preparation of a construction design (including land development design, technical design meet...
