1. The subject of the order is the development of design and cost estimate documentation for the task titled: "Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation together with author's supervision for the task of reconstruction of the district road ul. Wielkopolska (from ul. Szkolna to ul. Grunwaldzka) in Świnoujście (hereinafter also referred to as the "Task"), taking into account the requirements arising from the Regulation of the Minister Development of September 11, 2020 regarding the detailed scope and form of the construction project (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1679) and obtaining an implementation decision (decision to implement a road investment or a construction permit (if required) or a no-objection certificate) in accordance with the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418).
