Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation together with author's supervision for the task of rebuilding Graniczna Street in Świnoujście 1. The subject of the order is the development of design and cost estimate documentation for the task titled: “Development design and cost estimate documentation along with author's supervision for the task of rebuilding Graniczna Street in Świnoujście" (hereinafter also referred to as the "Task"), taking into account the requirements arising from the Regulation of the Minister of Development of September 11 2020 on the detailed scope and form of the construction design (i.e. Journal of Laws 2022, item 1679) and obtaining an implementation decision (building permit) in accordance with the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (i.e. Journal of Laws 2025, item 418). Implementation the order constituting the subject of the Agreement is intended to: for the commune: − obtaining all necessary decisions, opinions, arrangements, permits, checks, project approvals, and provisions that must be attached to the notification of the intention to perform construction works applicable regulations or which may prove necessary for the implementation of the investment (this also applies to the preparation of a water law report and obtaining a water law decision - if the obligation to prepare and obtain them results from the regulations separate) − submitting a notification to the competent authority of the intention to perform construction works and obtaining a certificate of no objection or obtaining a building permit, − transfer of copyrights...
