Task No. 1: preparation of comprehensive design and cost estimate documentation (hereinafter referred to as the documentation) for the connection of multi-family residential buildings located in Bydgoszcz at ul. Gobiej 2A (dziaka no. 100/1 within 85) to the municipal network heating, including the construction of a heating system, adaptation of a basement room and changing the use of this room into a heating system, equipping the building and premises with heating and hot water installations, renovation of common parts of buildings with taking into account the insulation of building partitions and replacing window joinery and obtaining the appropriate permit to perform construction works.
