Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation thermal modernization of buildings. inhabitant managed by ADM Sp. z o. o., including connection of buildings. to the municipal heating network along with execution thermal power Task No. 1: preparation of comprehensive design and cost estimate documentation (hereinafter referred to as documentation) for the connection multi-family residential buildings located in Bydgoszcz at ul. : Gobia 2A (plot no. 100/1, area 85), Orla 11 (plot no. 97/1.97/2, area 95), Ugory 50 (plot no. 110, area 100) - to the municipal heating network along with the implementation of the heating, with the adaptation of the basement room and changing the use of this room into a heat distribution room, with equipping the building and premises with heating and hot water installations, renovation of common parts of the buildings, taking into account the insulation of building partitions and replacement of window joinery and obtaining the appropriate permit to perform construction works. NOTE: a detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ with attachments) is attached as Annex No. 6 to SWZ for each building (real estate), separate documentation must be prepared design and cost estimates along with obtaining the legally required permit to perform works in a given building (real estate), i.e. separately for the locations of Gobia 2A, Orla 11, Ugory 50.
