Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the development of design and cost estimate documentation for the task titled: Expansion of district road No. 1435K along with the construction of a road for pedestrians and bicycles in the towns of Okulice and Dbina, together with obtaining a decision on the permit for the implementation road investment (ZRID) with immediate feasibility.2. As part of the agreed offer price, the Contractor is obliged to conduct author's supervision over the design and cost estimate (i.e. supervision over compliance implemented investment with the project and agreeing on the possibility of introducing alternative solutions to the project). In the course of carrying out the designed construction works, the Contractor is obliged to visit the construction site (minimum 3) upon written request. The ordering party must submit a minimum of three days' notice. The designer's stay on the construction site resulting from design errors is not a stay under the author's supervision.3. A detailed description and method of executing the order is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ). Appendix No. 11 to SWZ.
