1. The subject of the order is the preparation of complete multi-discipline design and cost estimate documentation along with obtaining all required maps (including for design purposes), arrangements, opinions, technical conditions, decisions and other studies necessary for development of design documentation and preparation of a complete application for a construction permit for an investment project called: Construction of a swimming pool at the Municipal School Complex in Golub-Dobrzyń. Submitting an application and obtaining a building permit decision remains after the Ordering Party's website.2. The subject of the order will be implemented in 2 stages: 2.1. Stage I Concept, under which the Contractor undertakes to develop at least two variants of the functional and utility concept in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order, together with: 2.1.1. approximate cost of implementing each variant, 2.1.2. analysis of operating costs, 2.1.3. analyzes of the use of renewable energy sources, 2.1.4. external and internal visualizations, 2.1.5. functional projections.2.2.
