Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the development of design and cost estimate documentation for the task entitled: Extension of the district road No. 2086K Bochnia (ul. Strzelecka) - Zawada in the town of Pomistrzów, together with obtaining a decision on the permit for the implementation of the investment road (ZRID) with immediate enforceability.2. As part of the agreed offer price, the Contractor is obliged to conduct author's supervision over the design and cost estimate (i.e. supervision over the compliance of the implemented investment with the project and agreeing on the possibility of introducing alternative solutions to the project). In the course of carrying out the designed construction works, the Contractor is obliged to visit the construction site (minimum 3) at the written request of the Ordering Party. made at least three days in advance. The designer's stay on the construction site resulting from design errors is not a stay under the author's supervision.3. A detailed description and method of executing the order is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) constituting Annex No. 11 from SWZ.
