Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the task "Construction of two damming devices on the Lubiń B stream along with obtaining the necessary administrative decisions" (MRN3) The subject of the order is the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation obtaining appropriate administrative decisions allowing for the implementation of the investment, including agreement with the watercourse manager, i.e. PZW Wody Polskie Catchment Management Board in Poznań, on the technical side of the project in the Jurkowo Forest District on plot no. 403 Wieskowo registration district, Krzywiń commune, between wards. 271h-271f (plot no. 7271/5, 7271/3) and ward. 272m-272h (plot no. 7272/2, 7272/3 and 7272/4), consisting in the construction of two damming devices on the Lubiń B stream, which is public water flowing with sectional cleaning of inlets to ditches, as part of the project "Comprehensive project for the adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change - small retention and counteracting water erosion in lowland areas - continuation (MRN3)". Detailed provisions regarding subject of the contract were included in the Draft contract constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ and the Description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the Project Implementation Manual constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
