1. The subject of the public procurement is the service of developing design and cost estimate documentation for the construction of Drgna in the area of ​​the commune of Ochw.2. Part 1 Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the municipal road in Budziska as part of the task in the budget titled Road construction municipal office in Budziska.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order for Part 1 is set out in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and the graphic attachment.4. The contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the order in accordance with the SWZ and the documents attached to it, the submitted offer, applicable legal regulations, standards and construction practices.5. The description of the ordering party's requirements in terms of implementation and acceptance is specified in the draft provisions of the contract for Part 1, which constitute Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
