1. The subject of the order is the development of design and cost estimate documentation for the renovation and modernization of a collective security facility located in Elblg, registration area 3, as part of the task: Modernization of collective security facilities in Elblg. Ordering Party stipulates that the investment will be co-financed by the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026.2.
