Jerozolimskie 30 in Warsaw into a new crane passenger car with an elevator shaft and associated construction and installation works The subject of the order is the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation in the field of construction design, technical and executive designs, technical specifications execution and acceptance of works, bills of quantities and investor cost estimates for retrofitting the building at Al. Jerozolimskie 30 in Warsaw with a new passenger lift adapted for disabled people with an elevator shaft (6 above-ground floors - without basement) and associated construction and installation works and the new functional layout of commercial premises, shared toilets and corridors, which will change due to the building being equipped with a lift. Additionally, it is necessary to: design the liquidation of the existing shaft and design a separate waste storage room on the ground floor. NOTE! The Ordering Party introduces the obligation for Contractors to undergo a site visit and sets the dates for local, mandatory visits on May 26, 2026 at 10.00 and 02/06/2026 at 10.00.
