The subject of the order is the development of design and cost estimate documentation for the reconstruction of the PFRON building at al. John Paul II 13th century Warsaw. 2. The subject of the order referred to in section 1, includes: 2.1. execution of the basic order (hereinafter referred to as: "Basic order") consisting in the development of complete, multi-discipline design documentation for the reconstruction of the PFRON building together with detailed (industry) designs, architectural and functional concept of the building and land development design along with obtaining all required maps, technical conditions, arrangements and administrative decisions on behalf of the Ordering Party, enabling the conduct of the tender procedure and the implementation of construction works, including obtaining, on behalf and for the benefit of the Ordering Party, on the basis of the granted power of attorney, a building permit or notification of construction works (depending on necessity); 2.2. execution of an optional order including: 2.2.1.Option 1 (hereinafter referred to as "Option 1"), consisting in exercising author's supervision of construction works performed based on the design documentation referred to in point 4.2.1 - a maximum 30 stays on construction site; 2.2.2.
