4.1. The subject of the order is the preparation of complete, multi-disciplinary design and cost estimate documentation, including author's supervision, obtaining the necessary arrangements and construction permits regarding the reconstruction and expansion of the administrative building. Wejherowo County for the purposes of the County Support Center in Wejherowo, located on the plot with registration number 278/2, rev. 0016 Wejherowo, at ul. 3 Maja 49 under the conditions specified in the description of the subject of the order. The documentation being the subject of this the order must comply with the currently applicable legal provisions and will constitute the basis for obtaining a building permit.
