1) The subject of the order is the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the construction of two multi-family residential buildings along with access roads and accompanying infrastructure located on the plots with registration numbers 855/54, 855/55 and 855/53 located at ul. Dworcowa in Rypin.2) Description of the existing condition: undeveloped area, in the above-mentioned area. The plot includes an existing network of blocked and partially destroyed storm sewage system that needs to be completely rebuilt.
