The subject of the order is the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the modernization of the structural network in the building of the ZUS Branch in Rybnik at ul. Reymonta 2. The scope of the subject of the order includes: development of the executive design, development of the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works, preparation of the bill of quantities, preparation of investor's cost estimate, development of information regarding health and safety (BIOZ), development of a fire scenario for the entire building, obtaining the required agreements, permits, opinions, maps, etc. (the project must be agreed with the fire protection expert), the obtaining of which is required by law for the implementation of the subject of the contract, exercising author's supervision during construction works carried out in accordance with the design documentation prepared by the Contractor.
