Tender Details

Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the modernization of electrical and telecommunications installations in the common areas of a multi-family residential building at ul. 1 Maja 84 AE in Yrardów. The detailed scope of the order is specified in the Description of the subject of the order - Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ. The design documentation should be complete material on the basis of which the Ordering Party will be able to conduct a tender procedure for the execution of a given investment task. In the Design Documentation, the Contractor will describe the technology of the works as well as materials, devices and other products in a way that ensures fair competition and equal treatment of participants in the procedure for the execution of works in accordance with the documentation in question. The subject of the order must be performed in accordance with the applicable provisions of construction law, Polish technical standards with the Contractor's due diligence and includes all studies required by law.
