Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the preparation of comprehensive multi-disciplinary design and cost estimate documentation for the change of use of the left guardhouse as part of the task entitled: Restoration of the left guardhouse that is part of the palace and park complex in Szczekociny.2. Documentation of the change in the use of the left guardhouse building should enable the implementation of permanent functions of the facility. The building is also planned to be used to organize the integration of the local environment in the building monthly, year-round events specified in Annex 2 to OPZ.3. The project is implemented in partnership with the Most the Most Foundation.4. NOTE: this documentation is necessary to perform construction works as part of the task. Pursuant to the Agreements for the payment of the grant, the Grantee will obtain an occupancy permit by October 27, 20275. The scope of the order also includes author's supervision for approximately 5 visits to the construction site. The actual number of stays will depend on driving demand the supervision in question.6. The contractor is obliged, without additional compensation, to update cost estimates for the purpose of awarding the contract...
