1. The subject of the order are the services of preparing design and cost estimate documentation for the left guardhouse as part of the task entitled: Restoration of the left guardhouse that is part of the palace and park complex in Szczekociny.2. The project is implemented in partnership with Most the Most Foundation.3. Description of the existing state:1) The guardhouse is part of the Palace and Park Complex in Szczekociny, entered into the register of monuments under No. A/231.2) The residential complex of the palace was entered into the register of monuments under No. A/231 kept by Silesian Provincial Conservator of Monuments in Katowice. It is a traditional brick structure, built in 1770. It is subject to conservation protection regulated, among others, in the Act of July 23, 2003 on the protection and care of monuments. over monuments (Journal of Laws 162, item 1568, as amended).3) The left guardhouse is built into the fence line on the left side of the main building. The guardhouse building is one-story brick, without a basement, with an attic covering the roof. Access to the area attic by placing a ladder from a sanitary hose at the first floor level.4) The building is currently out of use.4. ...
