The subject of the order is the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation constituting the basis for the description and execution of the subject of the public procurement regarding the implementation of construction works for the investment task titled "Reconstruction of the street surface. Internatowa with accompanying infrastructure. The subject of the Agreement has been divided into the following stages: 1) Stage I includes the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation used to describe the public procurement for construction works together with obtaining a building permit or a certificate of no objection to the intention to perform construction works, 2) Stage II includes author's supervision over the implementation of the investment task performed on the basis of the design documentation subject of this Agreement. 1) The scope of the task includes: a) obtaining a land registry map and a list of entities and plots, b) based on data obtained from a geodetic center, supported by a full inventory of the existing state, and verification of the foundation of road infrastructure along with devices not related to road traffic needs, preparation of a map for design purposes (if necessary).
