Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the preparation of complete design and cost estimate documentation, as well as implementation guidelines for the investment consisting in the performance of construction and renovation works of the existing building of the Municipal Cultural Center located in Zawiercie at ul. Piastowska 1 as part of the task entitled: Modernization of the MOK Centrum Zawiercie auditorium. 2. Scope of work design includes: 1) reconstruction of the auditorium and adjacent rooms (upper and lower halls, bathrooms for viewers, dressing rooms, bathrooms and a shower for artists, an orchestra pit, a storage trapdoor, ) in accordance with the scope of the study, 2) adaptation of the auditorium (including balconies) and adjacent rooms along with stage facilities (dressing rooms, bathrooms) for people from special needs in accordance with the Act of July 19, 2019 on ensuring accessibility for people with special needs (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1411, as amended).3.
