1. The subject of the order is the development of design and cost estimate documentation for the expansion of district road No. 3231P on the section from the railway crossing to the town of Brzeniak for works including the expansion of the district road along with the construction of hardened roadsides, drainage, as well as a path for pedestrians and bicycles constituting a continuation of the bicycle path in the town of Brzeniak.2. The subject of the contract has been divided into the following stages and includes the following services and activities: Stage 1 (2026)1) development of the necessary maps for the purposes design and land records together with excerpts from the land register (and their update as of the date of delivery of the documentation, if necessary); 2) preparation of a geotechnical opinion and necessary soil tests, 2 copies; 3) carrying out an inventory greenery - 4 copies; 4) development and submission of concept solutions along with the estimate of construction costs 2 copies; 5) obtaining conditions for the reconstruction of external facilities and preparing concepts of sectoral projects for their reconstruction - 2 copies; 6) preparing an Information Card Projects 4 copies;7) submitting an application for obtaining a water permit to the extent resulting from applicable regulations...
