1. The subject of the order is the preparation of complete design and cost estimate documentation entitled: Adaptation and expansion of the building at ul. Henryka Pobonego 21-22 for the purposes of creating a local social activity center with accompanying infrastructure land development and providing author's supervision at the stage of investment implementation. The order also includes obtaining a complete set of all required arrangements, decisions, opinions and technical conditions. and obtaining permits for construction, demolition and if regarding the decision to cut down trees and shrubs.2. Obszar projekt. includes plots no. 241/9, 241/10, 235/3, 235/5 rev.13 and is covered by the Podgrodzie Local Development Plan and Resolution of the Municipal Council in Supsko No. V/41/03 of January 29, 2003. It should be taken into account that the object is located in the zone for which it has been determined the obligation to carry out archaeological rescue research, or research in the nature of archaeological supervision (if required).3. Project cost documentation. should include in particular: Part I - Youth Center at ul. Pobonego 21 in Supsko - building located. on plot no. 241/9 rev. 13: 1) reconstruction, expansion and adaptation of the existing facility to a new function, including the construction of a staircase...
