Description of the subject of the order: 1) Preparation of an architectural and construction inventory with elements of sanitary and electrical installations of individual buildings, 2 copies each in the form paper and 2 copies in electronic form, in PDF format and an editable version. 2) Assessment of the technical condition of individual building elements to the extent necessary. 3) Development of preliminary solutions for thermal modernization of facilities. 4) Preparation of the audit energy (in 4 copies + electronic version) - in the field of thermal modernization of the facility, which will determine how and in what quantity it is possible to achieve profitable energy savings.
