1. The subject of the public procurement is the service of developing design and cost estimate documentation for the construction of roads in the commune of Ochw.2. Part 1 Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the road in Ojki as part of the budget task entitled Construction of a municipal road in ojkach - Ojkach society.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order for Parts 1-11 is set out in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and the graphic attachment.4. The contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the order in accordance with the SWZ and the attached documents, submitted offers, applicable legal regulations, standards and construction practices.5. The description of the ordering party's requirements in terms of implementation and acceptance is specified in the draft provisions of the contract for Parts 1-11, constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
