Jagielloska 23 in Warsaw. The Ordering Party divides the Subject of the order into: a) Basic Scope (guaranteed) covering Parts I, II, III and IV, described below, which the Contractor is obliged to perform on the terms specified in the Draft Agreement; b) Optional Scope (option right) covering Option No. 1 (Part V) and Option No. 2 (Part VI), described below, the implementation of which depends on the unilateral decision of the Ordering Party and his submission of written declarations on the activation of a given option right.
