1. The subject of the order is the development of design and cost estimate documentation with the necessary arrangements, permits, decisions, approvals along with a full geodetic part for the construction of a road for pedestrians and bicycles along the provincial road No. 837 Piaski - kiewka - Nielisz - Sitaniec on the section from the intersection with ul. Adama Mickiewicza (approx. km 0+349) to the intersection with district roads No. 2116L (km approx. 4+145) 1) Project documentation was prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of June 24, 2022. In on technical and construction regulations regarding public roads (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1518) and with the guidelines for designing infrastructure for bicycles, part 1, part 2 and part 3, and the guidelines for designing infrastructure for pedestrians, part 1 and part 2.2) On the road section Wojewdzka No. 837 from the intersection with ul. Mickiewicza (approx. km 0+349) to the intersection with ul. Armii Krajowej (approx. km 1+340), a pedestrian and bicycle path should be designed on the right side, directly at the edge of the provincial road, outside the buffer strip.3) On inlet of the street Armii Krajowej, in place of the existing pedestrian crossing, a crossing should be designed...
