"Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the construction of an indoor swimming pool in Nowy Tomyśl" 1. The subject of the order is the development of multi-discipline design documentation for an indoor swimming pool along with obtaining the necessary administrative arrangements and decisions, incl. including building permits. 2. The scope of the Subject Matter of the Agreement includes in particular the preparation and submission to the Ordering Party of the following studies: 1) concept with functional program and visualizations 2) geotechnical research and opinion to the extent necessary for proper execution of construction works 3) architectural and construction design together with a land development design 4) technical/executive design, which should include at least the following studies: a) construction and construction design together with necessary calculations and results of static and strength calculations, b) design of the sanitary industry along with the necessary hydraulic calculations, device parameters, including installation regulations, dimensions of elements and installations, characteristic cross-sections, developments, lists of installation elements and devices, c) design of the electrical industry along with the necessary calculations of electrical parameters, lists of devices and their technical data, d) telecommunications industry project together with lists of devices and their technical data, e) interior architecture design, f) land development project, g) Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works. 5) fire scenario, in accordance with the Regulation...
