The subject of the order is: preparation of design and cost estimate documentation comprehensive modernization with retrofitting elevators and development of the adjacent area in the buildings - Wawerska 17 and 15 in the form of: carrying out all necessary analyses, studies, inventories, tests, excavations and additional, necessary expert opinions for the proper design of reconstruction, superstructure, thermal modernization, retrofitting buildings with elevators and land development. 2. Design documentation is to be prepared separately for each building and must take into account the existing technical condition buildings, their structural layout, the need to adapt facilities to applicable regulations, improving accessibility for people with disabilities, verification, assessment of suitability for further use, modernization, reconstruction or expansion of existing installations, including installations made on the basis of previous design studies provided by the Ordering Party, to the extent necessary to carry out reconstruction, superstructure, thermal modernization and adaptation of buildings to current requirements technical and functional, as well as solutions ensuring technical, functional and economic rationality of the planned investment.
