Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for comprehensive modernization 2-story superstructure, retrofitting with an elevator, thermal modernization and land development - Szaserów 99. 2. The documentation must be complete from the point of view of the purpose it is to serve, i.e. enabling the procurement procedure to be carried out public for construction works, implementation of construction works and achieving the expected technical, energy, functional and aesthetic effect, including also enabling the Contractor to prepare a complete description of the subject of the contract for construction works in accordance with the Public Procurement Law. 3. The detailed scope of the order for Stages I-IV is specified in the Contract Template together with a description of the subject of the order and its annexes, which constitutes Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 4. Scope of the order for Stage V performing author's supervision and supporting the Ordering Party at the stage of conducting the contract award procedure, as a result of which the Contractor will be selected, regulated by the contract template, which constitutes Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
