Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the development of design and cost estimate documentation for the task titled: "Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation together with author's supervision for the task of reconstruction of Graniczna Street in Świnoujście (hereinafter also referred to as the "Task"), taking into account the requirements arising from the Regulation of the Minister of Development of September 11, 2020 on the detailed scope and form of the construction project (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1679) and obtaining an implementation decision (construction permit) in accordance with the Act of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418). The implementation of the order constituting the subject of the Agreement is intended to: for the Commune: − obtain all necessary decisions, opinions, arrangements, permits, checks, project approvals, and provisions that are required to be attached to the notification of the intention to perform construction works by applicable regulations or which may prove necessary for the implementation of the investment (this also applies to the preparation of a water law report and obtaining a water law decision - if the obligation to prepare and obtain them results from separate regulations) − submitting a notification to the competent authority of the intention to implement construction works and obtaining a certificate of no objection or obtaining a building permit, − transfer of copyrights to the design documentation, − support for the Ordering Party during the procedure for selecting a contractor for construction works, in detail...
