Kazimierzowska The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation for the task "Development design and cost estimate documentation, along with author's supervision of the construction of a building for the District Prosecutor's Office in Siedlce at ul. Kazimierzowska. A detailed definition of the scope of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to OPIW entitled Detailed description of the subject of the order, hereinafter referred to as "SOPZ". The requirements indicated in Annex No. 1 to the OPiW should be treated as the subject of the order and a description of the Ordering Party's needs and an indication of the features of the services constituting the subject of the order, as well as the minimum requirements regarding the description of the subject matter of the contract or the performance of the contract, non-negotiable, which must be met by all offers. 4.1.
