The subject of the order is the preparation of three multi-disciplinary design and cost estimate documentation for the investment project consisting in adapting some of the existing rooms in three utility buildings (three primary schools) to serve as Emergency Shelters (MDS), including: building No. 1 Primary School. Jana Pawa II in Sulejów, ul. Konecka 45, 97-330 Sulejw as part of co-financing from a special-purpose subsidy granted to the Sulejów Commune by the Voivodship Governor under contract No. 1010093.2.6.2026.OLiOC.Z.I of September 4, 2026 for co-financing of commissioned tasks related to population protection and civil defense, implemented under the Protection Program Population and Civil Defense for 2025-2026 (Area I).
