Preparation of the Description of the Subject of the Order and provision of technical support services for the implementation of the ePUK project The subject of the order is: a)Preparation of the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ ePUK") for the procedure for the construction of the System Electronic Platform of Consular Systems (ePUK). b) Providing technical support services in the course of conducting the procedure for the construction of the ePUK system, both at the stage of market research and estimating the value of the order, as well as at the stage of preparation procedure for the construction of the ePUK system and after the announcement of the procedure for the construction of the ePUK system until the selection of the most advantageous offer and during the construction of the ePUK system. The scope of services will include in particular: i.providing support to the Ordering Party regarding questions and explanations regarding the developed "OPZ ePUK", criteria for evaluating offers and conditions of participation in the procedure for the construction of the ePUK system, ii. representing the Ordering Party before the National Chamber of Appeal in the event of an appeal filed by a contractor participating in proceedings for the construction of the ePUK system, performing the duties of an expert within the meaning of Art. 21 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, especially in the scope of substantive assessment, if necessary, in appeal proceedings before the National Chamber of Appeal. iii. giving opinions on documents i products supplied by the ePUK system contractor, iv. checking whether the products delivered by the ePUK system contractor are compliant with "OPZ ePUK" and the contract.
