1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service called Preparation of a decision on the conditions of development and land development in the Giycko Commune 2. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order is attached as Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party expects to plan the number of applications will be 1, 000, with the guaranteed number of applications being 200 pcs.4. The Ordering Party envisages an optional order in accordance with Art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law by increasing the number of applications intended for the implementation of this contract to 100% of the basic order, i.e. to the number 2000 pieces.5. The optional order will be fulfilled at unit prices.6. The Ordering Party reserves that the part of the order defined as optional is a right, not an obligation, of the Ordering Party. Exercise of the option may or may not occur, depending on the Ordering Party's needs or securing funds in the budget resolution of the Giycko Commune for 2025. Failure to complete the order in this respect will not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor against the Ordering Party.7. Exercising the right of option will require countersignatures of the treasurer of the Giycko Commune.
