SCOPE OF THE ORDER: 1. The subject of the order is preparation of an architectural and construction inventory and technical condition reports (in graphic and descriptive form) of ten facilities located in the Dąbrowa Górnicza commune, together with an assessment of the necessary works related to adaptation rooms to the currently applicable requirements for collective protection facilities (shelter, hiding place or MDS). 2. The purpose of the expert opinion is to clearly determine whether the underground floors of individual buildings can function as: a) a place of emergency shelter (MDS) - variant A b) hiding - variant B c) shelter - variant C within the meaning of the Act of December 5, 2024 on Civil Protection and Civil Defense and the relevant implementing acts of 2025 (in particular in accordance with the regulations referred to in paragraph 2, paragraph 6 of the draft contractual provisions constituting Annex No. 9 to the terms of reference. 3.
