Design documentation which is the subject of the order must be developed in accordance with applicable law, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of July 9, 2025 on the conditions for organizing and the requirements that should be met by places emergency shelter (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 932). The documentation should take into account all the requirements specified in the above. regulation, including the conditions for organizing emergency shelter places and the technical and functional requirements necessary to create them, and also solutions enabling the adaptation of facilities to serve as places of emergency shelter.
