1) The Ordering Party commissions and the Designer undertakes to perform the following Architectural Work, develop complete design documentation together with a construction permit, i.e. a comprehensive design (hereinafter referred to as the Design) for the task: Development of a construction design and documentation technical for the construction of a new headquarters of the Veterinary Inspection of the District Veterinary Inspectorate in Chojnice, on land plots with registration numbers No. 4323 and No. 4325, located in Chojnice (hereinafter referred to as the Investment) with a usable area from 600 m2 to 700 m2.
