The subject of the order includes the preparation of a concept and expert opinion on the adaptation of basement rooms in educational facilities in Toruń for the needs of emergency shelter places (MDS) for the following tasks: 1) Concept and expert opinion on the adaptation of basement rooms in building of Primary School No. 3 at ul. Legionów 210 for the needs of emergency shelter, 2) Concept and expertise in adapting basement rooms in the building of Primary School No. 5 at ul. Wirki and Wigury 1 for the needs of emergency shelters, 3) Concept and expertise in adapting basement rooms in the building of Primary School No. 7 at ul. Bema 66 for emergency shelter purposes, 4) Concept and expertise in adapting basement rooms in the building of Primary School No. 7 at ul. Morcinka 13 for emergency shelter purposes.2. Guidelines for the implementation of the subject of the order: 1) Emergency shelter areas should be created in the rooms of the underground floor of the facility. 2) Design work should be preceded by an inventory construction of rooms to the extent necessary to create an emergency shelter along with emergency and emergency exits (if required...
