a) The subject of this order is a service consisting in the development of comprehensive design documentation for the expansion/reconstruction of the road system of ul. Powstacw from ul. Reduta to the Dziekanowicka bus stop in order to build sidewalks and places parking spaces. b) The Ordering Party described the subject of the order using: draft provisions of the contract (PPU) constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, the material scope constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ, c) The minimum warranty period is 24 months, the maximum warranty period is 36 months. Offers with a warranty period shorter than 24 months will be rejected. d) Order completion date: 38 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, including: Stage I, obtaining and submitting to the Ordering Party an environmental decision with annexes - within 16 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, Stage II, preparation and submission of documentation along with initiation of the procedure for obtaining a ZRiD decision - within 14 months from the date of receipt of Stage I, Stage III, obtaining and submitting an administrative decision to the Ordering Party authorizing the implementation of works together with complete design documentation - within 4 months from the date of acceptance of Stage...
