Description of the subject of the order: a) The subject of this order is a service consisting in the development of comprehensive design documentation for the expansion/reconstruction of the road system at ul. Benedyktyska from ul. Dziewiarzy to ul. Bolesław was intended for the construction of sidewalks as part of the Sidewalk Construction Program task. b) The Ordering Party described the subject of the order using: Draft Provisions of the Agreement (PPU) constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, the material scope constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ c) The minimum warranty period is 24 months, the maximum warranty period is 36 months.
