1. The subject of the order is the preparation of comprehensive design and cost estimate documentation for the thermal modernization and reconstruction of the Relax Sports Hall, in particular the subject of the order includes: 1) energy and lighting audit prepared for based on applicable standards and regulations, 2) mycological and construction certificate regarding the external walls, foundation and basement walls of the building, 3) technical expert opinion on the fire protection condition of the building, adapting the building to current regulations fire protection, agreed at the State Fire Service in Piotrków, 4) architectural and construction inventory of the building along with sanitary and technical facilities, 5) assessment of the technical condition of the building verifying the scope of work, with particular emphasis on facades and roofs, along with the possibilities adaptation of the building for disabled people, 6) technical expertise on the load-bearing capacity and thickness of plasters, taking into account the possibility of installing new in-wall electrical installations, 7) visualization - at least 4 external intakes for all walls of the building, 8) maps for design goals (matrix) developed by the Geodetic Studio, 9) possible arrangements and necessary technical conditions with geo...
