The subject of the order is the preparation of complete technical documentation necessary to conduct the procedure for construction works for the expansion of building "A" of the Specialist Hospital. Dr. Alfred Sokoowski in Wabrzych in the field of: design architectural design /PA-B/ along with obtaining a building permit, land development design /PZT/, multi-discipline technical design, bill of quantities, investor cost estimate and specifications. The order should be made in accordance with the investment location decision for the purpose public constituting an annex to the description of the subject of the contract and in accordance with the Notice of the Minister of Health of January 17, 2022 on the announcement of the uniform text of the regulation of the Minister of Health on the detailed requirements to which rooms and equipment of an entity providing medical services. Building A consists of 5 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor, the facility is part of a complex of hospital buildings.
